Personal Recipe: Moyashi (Bean Sprouts)

MoyashiThis is so easy it takes only couple of minutes to make. I made this as a side dish to the torigayu and chicken shiso katsu.

Ingredients:
1 bean sprout bag
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
3 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of white sesame seeds
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Rinse bean sprouts and let stand and dry.

2. Warm up a large frying pan and coat it with oil. Place the bean sprouts in the pan and coat it with the oil. Heat for 5 – 7 minutes depending upon your desired crunchiness.

3. Plate and mix in sesame seeds and it’s ready to eat!
